Fuming over waste at dump

Letter to the Editor
Dear Sir,
I'm really angry. I have just returned from my weekly trip to the horticultural waste site on Marsh Folly to drop off my hedge and lawn clippings.
I have fumed every week, seeing people's horticultural waste jammed into large plastic bags.
No more fuming after today, just astonishment at seeing a three-seater couch among the waste.
Enough is enough. It's time the Department of Public Works, in spite of its desire to save money, positioned one of its employees at the site to stop this shameful practice.
