Dear Sir,

I would like to give a special thank-you to bus operator Lorna Joyiens and two other lovely ladies whose names I did not get.

They came to my assistance as I was disembarking the No 4 Spanish Point bus at 12.10pm on Thursday, November 14.

This incident has renewed my faith that there are still some good, caring people in this country.
