Long wait times were supposed to be a thing of the past

Dear Sir,

With travel protocols changed requiring a test 24 hours before flights and testing results being delayed by an increased demand for testing, why are we still hearing people say they are on hold for up to two hours - and maybe more - to reach the 444-2498 helpline?

Some time last year, we were told by Government that they would increase the number of people working the phones to help cut down on this “on hold” waiting time. So why are people still waiting so long! People call this number because they need help Now, not two hours from now. Please Government, improve the system like you said you would.

As for travel? No thanks, I’m staying home.
