Turned off by Bermuda Broadcasting
Dear Sir,
Would it be too much to ask that the Bermuda Broadcasting Company pay enough attention to what they are doing so that commercials are added to television shows at the correct time, instead of putting them in at crucial times during the show when there should be no commercial at all?
Could they also make sure that the screens don’t go black in the middle of shows and then come back on many minutes later, even when there are no weather issues in either Bermuda or the United States?
Could they actually care enough to give good service?
What is particularly galling is that those of us who subscribe to a cable company for our TV must effectively pay an extra fee to have that company rebroadcast Channel 7 and Channel 9 ― which Bermuda Broadcasting airs for free to those with only an antenna and a TV.
Yes, we pay extra for this appalling service that has continued for years.
We would be happy to discuss this with someone at Bermuda Broadcasting if anyone should ever answer the phone or return a call asking for answers. After many calls over the past few years and leaving messages that go unanswered, we felt our only option was to see if this letter might get some positive results.
