Thoughts about Harbour Road

One way option: what about making Harbour Road one-way from 6.30am to 9.30am heading east, and 4.30pm to 6.30pm heading west? (File photograph)
Dear Sir,
When you sit in traffic at Southlands en route to Hamilton for an hour or so, one has time to think.
Would it not be better to have Harbour Road one-way into town from 6.30am to 9.30am, and then one-way going west from 4.30pm to 6.30pm?
That way a minimum of disruption would occur. Just a thought.
