Bermuda Gas will be giving away a free Christmas turkey with every appliance purchased at its showroom between now and December 22.For every $500 spent the customer will be entered into a draw with the chance to win their purchase for free.Yesterday a group of staff dressed as turkeys staged a protest against the Turkey Time giveaway at the company’s Church Street showroom.The disgruntled turkeys presented Bermuda Gas general manager, Judith Uddin, and showroom manager David DeSilva with a petition against the giveaway and took to the streets of Hamilton to hand out buttons and flyers to get support for their cause.Bermuda Gas moves into its new showroom in Serpentine Road on Tuesday January 3.For more information visit www.bermudagas.bm
