The management style is one of involvement and working along side as colleagues as much as possible. No person’s job is more important than another’s. The importance is to do it right and with pride.”What employees say:— “We operate as a business should — openly, ethically and professionally.”— “The sense of family within the company is amazing — from the highest management to the everyday workers, we are treated as equals.”— “Each team player respects the roles of other team members and therefore understands that they can not undertake the complete task on there own but can rather achieve the teams objectives more effectively operating in unison. Almost like a pedal bikes wheel, each spoke is one of our team players, if one spoke is bent the wheel will wobble. “To view the rest of the Top 10, visit www.royalgazette.com/section/magazines.
