Former XL CEO Brian O’Hara and Axis Capital chairman Michael Butt will be offering advice and guidance on leadership this weekend to participants on a business leadership programme created by Wharton University and the Bermuda Insurance Institute.The two reinsurance veterans are lined up for a special discussion with participants on Sunday evening at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel.The first week of the executive educational programme starts the following day and aims to enhance the leadership capabilities of those taking part, with a “focus on core competencies, discovering innovative strategies and building high-performing teams”.There will be virtual classes, case studies and presentations, along with coaching from professors of Pennsylvania’s Wharton University.The course continues with a further one-week programme in May.Useful website: www.bii.bm
