North Rock, Logic customer service now under one roof
The merging of top internet service providers Logic and North Rock is moving full steam ahead, with rebranding and the relocation of a customer service centre.Logic has announced that its Customer Care Centre at 42 Victoria Street has moved to join the North Rock Customer Service Centre at 22 Church Street.The Logic Store at 30 Victoria Street has been closed as a result of the merger.Meanwhile, the North Rock signage has been removed from the company’s offices at Power House on Par-La-Ville Road.North Rock will be re-branding to Logic, but customers can maintain or choose to have the North Rock e-mail address, CEO Vicki Coelho confirmed yesteday.The two ISPs agreed to merge late last month making the new entity a wholly owned subsidiary of Logic parent KeyTech.
