Richardson joins Integro

International insurance brokerage and risk management firm Integro has appointed Kareen Richardson as healthcare placement manager.

Ms Richardson brings more than a decade’s experience in healthcare professional liability to Integro’s Bermuda office.

“Her expertise includes providing third party excess liability coverage to university teaching facilities, large integrated delivery systems, specialty paediatric hospitals, and a variety of other clients with healthcare risk,” the company said in a statement yesterday.

Ms Richardson comes to Integro from Endurance, which she joined in 2002 and where she rose to assistant vice president in the healthcare department handling all stages of the underwriting process including marketing, risk analysis and contract negotiation.

Earlier she worked in the Excess Casualty department at XL Insurance.

Ms Richardson is a graduate of Bermuda College.

Launched in 2005, Integro and its family of specialty insurance and reinsurance companies, some having served clients for more than 100 years, operate from offices in the US, Canada, Bermuda and London.
