Appleby is a Gold sponsor of the Transcontinental Trusts: Bermuda 2022 conference on 29 June – 1 July at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club.

The firm said the three-day trusts conference typically attracts over 70 speakers and more than 150 delegates each year from around the globe.

It aims to take a cross-border approach in providing solutions to the most complex of private client issues.

The law firm said that partner Hannah Tildesley and senior associate Caljonah Smith are on the speakers list.

They join partner Vanessa Schrum, the group head of Appleby’s Private Client and Trusts department in Bermuda, who has extensive experience on a wide range of trust and estate planning matters.

Ms Smith will co-present in a talk called ‘Next Generation of Trust Professionals.’

Other panel discussions include: ‘Bermuda: Women and Wealth’ and ‘Examination of Offshore Trust Judgments’.
