Mark Adams promoted to counsel at MJM

Law firm MJM Limited has promoted Mark Adams to the position of counsel.

Mr Adams’s practice, within the corporate and finance team, focuses on all areas of corporate, finance and banking law.

His extensive international expertise specifically includes corporate finance, M&A, advisory, restructuring, venture capital, asset finance, project finance, tax leasing, commercial lending, trade finance, Islamic finance and ECA finance.

Jeremy Leese, MJM director and head of the corporate and finance department, said: “Mark has proved an excellent addition to the team, exhibiting his knowledge and experience to great effect on several major transactions and financing in his time at MJM.

“We look forward to witnessing his progress in this new role, which is appropriate recognition of his status as a senior corporate lawyer.”

Before joining MJM Limited in 2022, Mark worked in private practice at leading law firms in Britain, Asia and the Caribbean.
