AI consultancy aims to cut busy work
A new consultancy launched in Bermuda aims to help businesses streamline operations and embrace artificial intelligence without the usual complexity or hefty price tag, and without eliminating jobs.
Elevity AI, cofounded by Tommy Valentine and Adam Walter, claims to be the island’s first dedicated AI consultancy built specifically for local organisations. Its goal: to help teams “reduce repetitive work and focus on what really matters: strategic thinking, creativity, and growth”.
Mr Valentine, according to his LinkedIn profile, is based in London and most recently worked as a marketing manager at Will Polston Coaching & Training. Before that, he held roles in content strategy and production at several UK firms.
“We originally launched in the UK, working with organisations across sectors like healthcare, education, human resources and business services,” he said in a message to The Royal Gazette.
“Now, we’re bringing that expertise to Bermuda. My wife is Bermudian, so it felt like a natural next step, especially as AI consultancies are emerging in cities like London, New York and Dubai, but haven’t yet gained a strong presence on the island. We saw an opportunity to introduce these tools in a way that’s empowering, not threatening, focused on supporting teams, not replacing them.”
Rather than building complex, bespoke systems, Elevity AI focuses on practical tools and real-world applications, according to a company press release. “We’re not here to replace employees with machines,” said Mr Valentine. “Our mission is to empower teams, not eliminate them. Most businesses are drowning in busy work that AI can now handle. By reducing that burden, we help people spend more time on high-value work and decision-making.”
While new to the island, the company said it draws on global expertise and international partnerships to bring advanced AI tools to Bermuda.
“Bermuda has a world-class business community,” said Mr Walter. “We believe it deserves access to world-class tools, without the complexity or fear that often comes with conversations about AI.”
