Solstice adds performance psychologist to team
Solstice, the wellness clinic based in Hamilton, has announced the addition to its team of Dale Thomas, a British and Bermudian-registered clinical and performance psychologist — just in time for Cup Match and peak summer demand.
Dr Thomas brings more than a decade of experience supporting Olympic athletes, corporate executives and medical professionals in high-stress environments. His approach blends traditional therapy with coaching psychology and performance science, making him a strategic asset for Bermuda’s business leaders.
“His clinical depth, performance insight and passion for holistic mental health will be a tremendous asset,” said managing director Kelly Madeiros.
Dr Thomas has worked with global teams, including the British Olympic team, ahead of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, as well as professionals in neurosurgery and finance, focusing on stress management, resilience and emotional regulation.
His services are expected to benefit high-performing clients across industries seeking mental sharpness and strategic clarity.
In addition to office sessions, Dr Thomas incorporates into his work outdoor settings such as beaches, parks and golf courses, a model that Solstice sees as fitting Bermuda’s unique landscape and executive clientele.
He will also help launch Solstice’s new “anti-fragile programme”, a hybrid of physical and psychological wellness designed for professionals managing complex demands.
