Carey Olsen Bermuda lawyers earn top-tier ranking

Carey Olsen’s Bermuda practice has achieved a Tier One ranking in the latest International Financial Law Review 1000 Caribbean guide.

The legal directory, which evaluates firms on transactional evidence and client feedback, recognised the Bermuda team for its depth of expertise and strong track record on complex cross-border transactions.

Bermudian-based partners, Matthew Grigg and Michael Hanson, were both named as “Highly Regarded” practitioners, while Steven Rees Davies and Gavin Woods were highlighted as “Notable Practitioners”.

The rankings also spotlight Bermuda’s role within the broader firm. Carey Olsen’s Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands practices also advanced, with promotions in multiple categories including financial services regulatory work and investment funds.
