The Bermuda Land Management Corporation has made The Shed, a landmark Dockyard property, available for long-term rental.

The building was originally constructed for the 2017 America’s Cup as the home base for Land Rover Bar and has since served as a venue for events ranging from SailGP to Casino Fight Night.

Recognising rising demand for commercial space in the West End, BLMC said it plans to repurpose the building for tenancy, supporting Dockyard’s continued development as a hub for business, culture and tourism.

“Dockyard real estate is highly sought after, and BLMC is dedicated to ensuring that our assets are positioned to deliver the greatest value for both tenants and the community,” said Joanna Cranfield, the corporation’s business development manager. “The Shed has proven itself as a versatile space and opening it to long-term tenancy allows us to unlock its full potential while meeting strong market demand.”

With its prime location, large footprint and flexible layout, The Shed offers opportunities for businesses seeking a base in one of Bermuda’s most active commercial destinations.
