Mark Faralli has been promoted to senior sales manager — strategic innovation at Applied Computer Technologies.

He will lead the firm’s efforts in artificial intelligence strategy and enablement, an area of rapidly growing importance for businesses across all sectors. He will work directly with clients to identify opportunities where AI can unlock efficiency, improve decision-making and introduce new operational capabilities.

The technology service provider said the appointment reflected Mr Faralli’s outstanding performance and leadership within the company.

“Mark has been an exceptional contributor to Act’s success,” Christopher Hands-Jackson vice-president of sales said. “His ability to bring forward new ideas, understand client needs and translate complex technology into practical solutions has made him an invaluable member of our team.”

Mr Hands-Jackson said Mr Faralli’s promotion marks an important step in Act’s continued evolution.

“Throughout his tenure, he has played an integral role in supporting some of Bermuda’s largest organisations, helping them modernise infrastructure, streamline operations and adopt new digital tools,” Act said.
