New Pilates studio opens in Hamilton
A new boutique studio has opened in Hamilton offering restorative, rehab-focused Pilates on the fifth floor of 15 Parliament Street.
The new studio owned by Lauren Greenidge, aims to use a great deal of natural light to offer a calm, refined atmosphere:
A statement said: “We offer a highly personalised approach to Pilates designed to help clients move more freely, recover from injury and build balanced strength.”
Triangled Pilates blends classical Pilates with alignment-based, therapeutic movement. The studio offers private and small-group sessions designed for those who value expert, individualised care, with programme pathways supporting injury recovery, prenatal and postnatal care, active ageing, athletic conditioning and stress relief.
Leading the studio’s instruction is Teri Goodyear, a Stott Pilates — certified instructor with over 20 years of experience.
Ms Goodyear taught at several prestigious studios such as KX Life private club and ESPH Elizabeth Sharp Physiotherapists on Harley Street, London.
“Here, you’ll feel supported, seen and elevated,” Ms Goodyear said. “Every cue is designed to help you move beautifully and live well.”
She also holds certifications in yoga, Barre and personal training.
Triangled Pilates is hosting a soft launch on December 9 from 4pm so that prospective clients can experience the studio and watch live demonstrations of reformer sessions.
