The new hire brings nearly 20 years’ experience in commercial and civil litigation, regularly appearing before the Bermuda Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.

Ms Haworth’s practice spans a broad range of matters, including commercial litigation, shareholder appraisal actions, enforcement and debt recovery, insolvency and restructuring, and regulatory matters.

Her employment experience covers contentious proceedings before the Employment Tribunal, regulatory-related employment matters such as data protection and privacy and advising on disputes and investigations.

She is also recognised for her pragmatic approach to regulatory compliance and contentious regulatory matters.

Previously, she was managing director of MJM, and is ranked with Chambers Global and Legal 500.

“Carey Olsen’s leading dispute resolution team is well recognised in Bermuda,” Ms Haworth said. “I look forward to contributing to the firm’s continued growth and delivering commercially sound, pragmatic advice to our clients.
