New director of business development at chamber
The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce has appointed Aaron Furbert as director of business development.
Mr Furbert has extensive leadership experience spanning the telecommunications, hospitality and IT consulting sectors. He has held senior roles in business development and account management, most recently serving as business service manager at Brava Solutions (formerly the business division of One Communications).
In that role, he managed top-performing corporate accounts and led key service-management initiatives that supported the evolving needs of the Bermuda market.
Mr Furbert commented: “The chamber plays a vital role in advocating for Bermuda’s businesses and enabling sustainable growth.
“As a Bermudian and business owner, I look forward to collaborating with our members and partners to expand services, deepen networking and engagement, and create opportunities that drive success locally and internationally.”
In his new capacity at the chamber, Mr Furbert will focus on advancing member digitalisation, expanding training and information opportunities and developing initiatives for both chamber members and Bermuda’s international business community.
His appointment underscores the chamber’s continued commitment to bringing valuable perspective to Bermuda’s present and emerging economic landscape, driving innovation and strategic growth within the local business ecosystem.
