BDA launches leadership exchange
The Bermuda Business Development Agency has launched the BDA Leadership Exchange, a new forum aimed at boosting engagement between the agency and business leaders.
The BLE will bring together small groups to share insight on market conditions, regulation, technology and investment trends, with the goal of informing the BDA’s research, priorities and policies.
Sessions will be organised around five core pillars: asset management, insurance and risk solutions, technology and innovation, infrastructure and development, and private wealth.
It is part of a broader push by the BDA towards more structured and intentional industry engagement.
Kyle Rogers, head of research and intelligence, said the exchange is designed to create a clearer feedback loop between the business community and the agency.
To support the programme, the BDA has appointed Phillip Davis as stakeholder relationship manager. Mr Davis previously held senior marketing and digital engagement roles at The Argus Group and will oversee participation and relationship-building across sectors.
The first BLE sessions are scheduled for late February, with interested stakeholders invited to register their interest online.
