James Stone has joined the private client team of MJM Ltd as an associate.

UK qualified, Mr Stone possesses a first class LLB from the University of Plymouth and a legal practice course and Master of Law from The University of Law, the firm said.

Mr Stone worked as a private client associate solicitor at a leading regional law firm in the UK.

MJM said: “James’ broad experience includes advising on and administering high value estates and obtaining grants of probate. He has extensive experience in lifetime planning, including will drafting (incorporating discretionary and life interest trusts) and preparing powers of attorney.
