BEDC offers workshop to set businesses up for sales success
The Bermuda Economic Development Corporation has organised a workshop on Saturday for merchants offering a sales blueprint for success.
The BEDC’s Entrepreneur Excellence Boot Camp is hosted by Sandler by Clear Consulting, a firm led by Gregory Fletcher providing sales, leadership and management training, focusing on behavioural change and performance improvement.
This intensive half-day workshop, which is followed by lunch and networking, is designed for entrepreneurs and business owners who aim to boost their sales capabilities.
Sandler by Clear Consulting principal Lorene Phillips said this is not just another training programme.
“This is a career-defining opportunity to reshape your sales strategy from the ground up,” she said. “Many entrepreneurs find themselves in a constant struggle with sales. Often they are focusing too much on their product’s features and benefits without truly aligning with the real needs of their prospective buyers.”
This combined with a perceived sense of desperation and a lack of consistent sales processes leads to missed opportunities and stagnation, she said.
Mr Fletcher said mastering these elements transforms every sales interaction from a transaction into a meaningful engagement.
