‘Unprecedented’ 70% of Coldwell team recognised
Coldwell Banker Bermuda has announced that an unprecedented 70 per cent of its full-time agents have been awarded international recognition.
These honours place the local team within the highest tiers of the Coldwell Banker global network, which encompasses more than 100,000 agents across 40 countries.
Real estate agent Adam Birch achieved the International President’s Premier status. This elite designation is reserved for the top 1 per cent of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.
“With 21 years of experience, Mr Birch’s achievement marks another milestone in a career defined by market-leading consistency and deep-rooted client trust,” a spokesman for Coldwell said.
Another local agent, Graham Smith, received the Bermuda Commercial Circle of Distinction gold.
Coldwell said ranking in the top 2 per cent of commercial agents globally, Mr Smith has become a pivotal figure in structuring the deals that support the island’s long-term business infrastructure and economic growth.
Joining the top 2 per cent of the global residential network is Angela Hanwell, recipient of the President’s Elite award. Ms Hanwell’s reputation for meticulous detail and a client-focused approach has allowed her to navigate the complexities of the current market with notable success.
“These results are not just about sales volume; they are about the standard of professionalism we bring to the Bermuda community,” the firm’s agency manager Susan Thompson said.
“To have 70 per cent of our primary career agents recognised globally is a staggering achievement. It proves that our team possesses the local insight and the international reach required to succeed in today’s environment.”
The International President’s Circle, representing the top 4 per cent of agents worldwide, saw a strong showing from the Bermuda office, including Brian Madeiros, Rochelle Swan, Ed Williams, Heather Chilvers, Sarah Faiella and Tab Froud. Each agent brings a specialised focus to the table, ranging from luxury residential estates to first-time buyer consultations.
Further accolades were awarded to the International Diamond Society (top 8 per cent globally), including Karen Brine, Rachael Correia, Angie Lodge and Fiona Hatfield. Additionally, Chris White was honoured in the International Sterling Society, representing the top 12 per cent of the network.
As part of a brand with approximately 2,700 offices worldwide, Coldwell Banker Bermuda continues to leverage its massive international marketing engine to benefit local sellers, ensuring Bermuda properties are seen by a truly global audience while maintained by local experts.
“Real estate is ultimately a relationship business,” added Ms Thompson. “While we are proud of the global rankings, our true pride lies in the trust our clients place in us every day. These awards are a reflection of that hard-earned trust.”
