Two popular service stations have just switched their fuel suppliers to Sol Petroleum Bermuda Ltd.

Terceira’s North Shore and Terceira’s Warwick Gas service stations will now be pumping Esso Synergy fuels, with Sol the licensed distributor, having switched from Rubis.

The newly branded Esso locations bring the Terceira family back to their roots, reconnecting to the brand after more than 60 years.

Alcindor Bonamy, general manager of Sol Petroleum Bermuda Ltd commented: “We are thrilled to add two of Bermuda’s largest and most trusted stations to our network of Esso-branded service stations.

“The Terceiras began their fuel journey with Esso more than 60 years ago and it’s exciting to have them back with us into the future.”

Both sites continue to be operated by the same dealer and team maintaining the service customers are familiar with, and now with access to Esso Synergy Supreme fuel, which he said is designed to deliver better mileage and better performance.

Teddy Terceira, general manager of Terceira’s, commented: “We’ve built strong relationships with our customers over the years, and we’re pleased to continue serving them at Terceira’s North Shore and Terceira’s Warwick Gas under the Esso brand.

“This allows us to enhance our offering while maintaining the same service our customers expect.”

Sol gas cylinders will also be available at both locations for purchasers of liquefied petroleum gas.

The company said: “With this addition, Bermuda’s network grows to 11 Esso-branded service stations, making Esso fuels more widely available throughout the island.”

Mr Bonamy added: “Customers can continue to rely on the Terceira’s family of service stations they know, now with the additional benefit of Esso Synergy Supreme fuel.

“It’s about combining that familiarity with a fuel offering that is supported by an enhanced additive formulation that helps drivers get more out of every fill.”

He said the official opening celebration of the newly branded service stations is scheduled for June 9, and it will be followed by a month-long promotional campaign, including a fuel giveaway.
