Remembrance Day garbage collection

Garbage usually collected on Monday will be picked up two days early because of the Remembrance Day holiday.

The Ministry of Public Works said areas affected are Sandys and Southampton West, up to and including Lighthouse Road from Middle Road to South Road.

Tynes Bay Waste Treatment Facility will be open from 9am to noon.
