The Department of Environment and Natural Resources closed early today because of a water shortage.The office, located in the Botanical Gardens, shut at 4pm today.A spokesman for the Department said: “DENR is scheduled to reopen as normal tomorrow morning and would like to apologise to their customers for any inconvenience caused.”Bermuda has been drier than usual this year, with the Bermuda Weather Service recording 26.64in of rain to date compared to an average of 30.72in.
