Understanding why Bermuda's economy is in need of change

According to Larry Burchall and Sir John Swan, the graphs above send a clear message that all is not well.
They say the downward slides need to be arrested and turned around and that all trend lines must start going up again, that is, except the two lines showing debt. They say these two lines must go downwards.
According to Mr Burchall and Sir John, the private sector holds the answer. "They must be given the legislative and policy support necessary to restore growth to our economy."
