What is your father's full name?

Dwayne Arnold Caineswhat is your fondest memory of your dad>

My fondest memory of my dad is not really one specific time it is the time that we share together the talks that we have. My father knows everything in my book. According to him "I am the fountain of truth" and so everything that he tells me I trust because my dad said it. We talking about everything from boys to the political issues that the island is facing. A memory that I will always remember was one time at my sports day I had to run the 100 meter dash and dad being the sprinter that he is, was teaching me the correct way to start a race; "get down on one knee for your mark, the when they say get set, you lift the bent knee up and when the gun goes you take off like a bullet!". Mind you, I was in the third grade and no other kids parents where even worried about their child's form but because my dad takes whatever I or my sisters seriously, I had to do it right. Well, the time came for my race and my dad and my mom are standing at the finish line and the only words that were going through my head were my dad saying "the Canies's never come anything but first". The gun went off and I went moving like a bullet, or so I thought. I see my dad cheering me on and once I get to the finish line you would have thought it was Marion Jones coming in. My father made me feel as though I was on top of the world. Even though I did not come first I had the best form out of all of my other class mates. I will hold that day in my heart forever because I did my best and that was good enough for daddy. There are a ton of memories that I can think of but one thing that sums it all up my father was there and is there for everything that me and my sisters are in. From every basketball game, school events, Tae-Kwondo, violin, piano, and any dream that I had daddy was always there to support and to help me with whatever I needed. I consider my sisters and I to be the luckiest girls on the planet to have a father like ours because he truly is the GREASTEST!

How does he help you everyday in as far as becoming successfuI> My father helps me everyday in becoming successful by encouraging me to always put God first, then my family and do my best in everything. He also helps me to become successful by the time we spend together. My father is big on family and he enjoys spending time with my sisters and I. Whenever I need help whether it is running to the store to cure the sweet tooth I am have sometimes, helping me with school work or presently teaching me how to drive, he is always there. The talks that my father and I have are memories that I will cherish for a life time. My father helps me want to be successful not necessarily sometimes by the thing he does for me but the way that he carries himself from day to day. He is a very active man. He is a part of a radio show that airs every Friday morning and 7 a.m. He is a very active member in his Fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha Epsilon Theta Lambda Chapter where he is the immediate past president. He teaches GED at the Hamilton SDA Church and is a member of Big Brothers & Big Sisters. He is a lover of sports and plays volley ball and football every Sunday. Some might say how does he have time for his family, but I assure you that he does. Every time he walks in the house after a long day all you hear is "love me love, me love me" in his version of a "Jamaican accent" that lets us all know that he is home. My younger sisters Dasha and Dori go running to the door to greet him. My dad makes sure that he spends time with each one of us and that makes a world of difference. As far as my dad helping me to become successful I believe that his actions speak louder than words because my father epitomizes the definition of a GREAT dad.

What do you traditionally do for Father's D

Traditionally my father just likes to relax and enjoy "his" day. It could be spending time like going to dinner or brunch. Sometimes he likes to hang with his brothers. What ever he wants to do that day, we make it possible.
