Dear Sir,

In dealing with the traffic problem has government considered flexible hours for people working in Hamilton?

Government could dictate to their own employees and offer incentives to other businesses to work staggered hours.

Instead of everybody starting work at 8 and knocking off at 5, the hours could be changed so that people could start anytime between 6 and 9 and leave between 3 and 6.

This could do a lot to relieve the heavy traffic at rush hour.
