Dear Sir,

On Tuesday, July 22, between 6.30 a.m. and 8 a.m. someone stole a chrome side-guard from my Vespa Scooter from outside my business, across from Belco on Serpentine Road.

I would appreciate it if the same person could put it back where he/she found it and I would also like to see if they put it back without anyone seeing them, just like when they stole it.

The Police have been notified. I know it doesn't seem like so much to you, but to me it was a revival of my old Vespa . Give it back.
