Looking for a new service

In spite of the fact that I have regularly paid my correct fee of $45, I keep getting bills from Bermuda CableVision.Although I have shown them bank statements to prove payment they continue to send me bills and on one occasion they even discontinued service. Let's have competition so that I can change my account to the new service.
