Poor little darlings in St. Georges why not give them a hug and say “That's not nice what you are doing”. Community policing does not work. It's not working in England. The crime rate is higher there than it is in US and right now it's safer to live in New York than London these days. Community policing is not going to work here on this lot and we will see that. If they want to work give them something to do clean up places cut grass - pick up trash and have police there to see they do it, but please do not pamper these hooligans.
