Dear Sir,
I would like to tell you how impressed my sister and I were with the warmth and friendliness of the people we me on our recent vacation to Bermuda.
My sister and I jumped on a bus, on April 11 (a rainy, rainy day!) and found we did not have the proper fare. The driver kindly told us to get on. No less than three people offered us tokens!
Since we were flustered by our predicament, and then dumbfounded by these small, but selfless, acts, we should have shown more gratitude. So those kind souls on the bus, we would like to say a sincere “thank you”. You made our day.

To the Board of Transportation
As a long time visitor to Bermuda (36 years) I'm writing to commend Mr. A.G. Darrell for his exceptional action on February 19, which solved my bus problem.
I had inadvertently boarded the wrong bus (Mr. Darrell's bus) in Hamilton, but he soon made it possible for me to get on the right bus with no time lost or disruption to the schedule.
Is is rare indeed these days to find people willing and able to provide such help when needed.
Bermuda needs more drivers like Mr. Darrell. Please extend my sincere commendation and thanks to Mr. Darrell.
