Dear Sir,

My wife and I have been coming to "the rock" for more than 30 years. For many of those we stayed at Newstead but unfortunately that option is now closed to us.

We decided to come back again for Christmas and were dismayed to learn that our airfare from Phoenix to Bermuda on Delta would be more than our hotel for ten nights. This does not seem to be the type of thing that would encourage people from the west to visit the rock. Perhaps some pressure could be exerted to make getting there more reasonable.

After all the idea is to get heads in beds.
