With a friend, we are visiting Bermuda (our first time) and unfortunately my friend took ill with a condition of the throat -- we feel she should have medical attention so were driven to your hospital.

As a registered nurse I can only report the care and attention was superb -- she has made a quick recovery and we are so thankful. Everyone we told of our experience agreed we should tell the world what a super hospital and staff you have! With appreciation and thanks.

MARGARET KNOX Waterloo, Ontario Taxi driver was terrific May 14, 1999 Dear Sir, We wish to thank Ralph, our taxi driver on Thursday, May 13, who so promptly returned a camera inadvertently left behind in his taxi after a trip to Hamilton.

We were unable to thank him in person but hope he will receive our public thanks. On our brief ride we learned that he has lived in Bermuda his entire life and that his ancestors came here to farm from Portugal. He reported that the has seen many changes on the Island.

We feel in love with the Island as soon as we saw it, but it is the memory of Bermudians like Ralph that will ensure our return.
