Turkey, yesterday stopped in Bermuda to refuel.

The tug left Philadelphia and requested to stop at the Esso oil dock before delivering the frigate to the Turkish government.

In other shipping news, Meyer Agencies reported the arrival of Canadian fishing vessel Flying Dart last Saturday, which berthed at Penno's Wharf in St. George's.

The Norwegian flag vessel MV Trones arrived on Monday morning berthing at Penno's Wharf.

She discharged 11,502 metric tons of gravel and sailed Tuesday.

Meyer also reported the arrival of the Somers Isle which berthed in Hamilton.

She carried 70 containers, five of which were refrigerated. Also on board were six sailboats, three other boats, two trucks and an ambulance.

The vessel also discharged 16 bundles of lumber and four bundles of steel. She departs today.

The Bermuda Islander arrived from Salem, New Jersey, last night carrying 89 containers, five of which were refrigerated. She sails today.

Container Ship Management reported the arrival of Ocean Ady , taking the place of the Oleander .

She carried 156 containers 31 of which were refrigerated. Also on board were two 40 foot mafis and one 40 foot flat rack.

The Oleander is in a South Carolina shipyard being serviced.

John S. Darrell reported the arrival of the Longtail Express on Monday morning.

Docking in Hamilton she discharged 11 containers and left yesterday morning with 25 empties. She heads back to Norfolk, Virginia.

The cement ship Espartana also arrived from Pertigalete, Venezuela yesterday carrying 5,700 metric tons of Portland grey cement.

The Emsgas gas tanker for Shell arrived in Bermuda yesterday morning from Clifton Pier in Bahamas and berthed at the Esso oil pier.

She delivered 700 tons of propane and sailed this morning for Jamaica.

HMS Malabar reported tommorrow's arrival of Royal Fleet Auxiliary Gold Rover from the Caribbean. She will berth in Dockyard.
