Due to an editing error, the headline of a story in yesterday's newspaper incorrectly stated that a Pembroke man received 'time served' for 'having handgun'. In fact, Marcus Shawn Bean, 29, of St. George's was sentenced to three months in prison the time he had already served on remand for possession of 3.3 grams of cannabis. He denied charges of possessing a handgun and ammunition and these charges were not proceeded with.

The name of the author of a Visitor's View in Saturday's newspaper was inadvertently omitted. The writer's name is Ron Bobb-Semple of Temple Terrace, Florida.

Photo captions in yesterday's Body & Soul incorrectly identified Stanley Sheppard as Mr. Shearped. The Royal Gazette regrets the error.
