You are wonderful folks!

Dear Sir,
During the week after Easter my husband and I visited Bermuda. We stayed in Hamilton and took the city bus every day on excursions around the Island. We were so impressed with how polite and helpful everyone was and there was one event that was particularly impressive. We mistakenly got on the wrong bus. Once the bus driver realised we would have been going the wrong way, she radioed her supervisor to get clarification. We got off the bus and were met by another gentleman who was aware of our problem and was going to help us. The next thing we know there is an empty bus that was going back to the yard and the driver offered to take us where we were going. We could not believe all this special attention for two confused tourists. This was just one of many great personal encounters with your citizens. Thank you Hamilton and Bermuda – you are wonderful folks.

Put solutions on the table

Dear Sir,
Those who support gaming have said that it is not the only solution to our current tourism challenge and that other solutions are necessary. May we hear what those other solutions are? They may prove to be less controversial and more productive because they are more completely supported.
