A story that ran on page 13 of yesterday's edition explained that Bermudians Against the Draft successfully resisted a request that they pay Government's legal costs resulting from their recent court case.

As explained in the article, each side was asked, instead, to pay their own legal costs.

Unfortunately, an editing error led to the innacurate headline: "Govt. ordered to pay anti-conscription group's costs."

That was not the case at all, and we apologise for the inaccurate headline.
