FOR THE RECORD
A story in Saturday's Royal Gazette stated that Bermudian Dennis Pamplin had been remanded in custody by US authorities in New York on four charges relating to the possession with intent to supply quantities of marijuana, cocaine and firearms. Mr. Pamplin in fact faces just two charges relating to the possession with intent to supply approximately 1,318 kilograms of marijuana.
In an article in The Royal Gazette we published an article in which Opposition Senate Leader Michael Dunkley expressed support for CITV.
We quoted Sen. Dunkley as saying: "It is a non-political station but they showed the Throne Speech and wouldn't show the Reply to the Throne Speech. They showed the Budget, but not the reply to the Budget."
Sen. Dunkley actually said: "It is a non-political station but they showed the Throne Speech and could have shown the Reply to the Throne Speech. They showed the Budget, but could have shown the Reply to the Budget."
We are happy to point out this correction.
