Wonderful people

Dear Sir,

My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting Bermuda February 5-14. Our original departure date was February 10. Because of the snowstorms on the East Coast we had to stay a little longer than planned. We were staying in a guest apartment called Summerside owned by Scott Stewart. When our stay got extended by the weather, he allowed us to stay as long as possible before we had to move out. He went above and beyond the call of duty and found us another place to stay. He even drove us over to our new place.

I believe Scott represents what Bermuda is ... warm, friendly and helpful. We cannot thank him enough for all that he did. We also enjoyed all the wonderful people from The Spot that welcomed us warmly everyday. We looked forward to seeing them as they made us feel a part of the community. Our only disappointment was the fact that Fort St. Catherine was not open. With all that being said, because of Scott Stewart and his kindness, the Kingston House taking us in, The Spot making us feel welcome and our wonderful cab driver, Lionel Woolridge, we will be returning in the near future. I have recommended Bermuda to everyone I know. Thanks for making my 50th birthday very special.
