XL Capital intends to hold an Investor Day in New York City on May 24. The theme of XL's Investor Day is "The Drive to Deliver Value".

Presentations will be given on XL's strategy and operations. In addition to the presentations, analysts and investors attending the event will have the opportunity to ask questions of XL's president and chief executive officer Brian M. O'Hara and other key executives.

The event's audio webcast, including question-and-answer sessions, and presentation materials will be available on-line live and will be archived on XL's web site.
