It’s a new year and The Bottom Line magazine is looking for the next top ten employers in Bermuda. Does your company have what it takes to wrestle a spot away from one of the 2010 winners?In its third year, the survey determines which of the Island’s companies offer their employees the most rewarding work environment and experience. This year, the survey is becoming even bigger with a new addition to the project.According to the magazine’s editor, Rebecca Zuill, the business publication has partnered with Mindmaps, one of the island’s top quantitative research firms to take the survey online and enhance the process with their scientific and objective approach.“We’re delighted to team up with Mindmaps to further streamline our survey and highlight the best employment practices in Bermuda,” she said. “In an economically challenging time, we are looking to find the companies that truly value their human resources.”Focusing on everything from job satisfaction and working conditions to corporate social responsibility, the new 2011 survey promises be easier to complete while also gathering the pertinent information for judging.A panel of expert judges will then review the data compiled by Mindmaps to determine the overall winners.Last year’s winner, Butterfield & Vallis, was celebrated at an event in October hosted by Fairmont Hamilton Princess and Hiscox Bermuda.
