ABIC offers post-graduate scholarship

The Association of Bermuda International Companies (ABIC) has teamed up with Georgia State University to offer ABIC?s first ever $50,000 pos-graduate scholarship.

With the university?s Department of Risk Management and Insurance, the scholarship will give a Bermudian student pursuing graduate studies in insurance, actuarial science or risk management support of up to $50,000.

?This is an exciting addition to ABIC?s already extensive programme to support Bermudian students,? ABIC Education Awards Committee chairman Roy Fellowes said.

?This new initiative with Georgia State University broadens ABIC?s support to include students pursuing post-graduate insurance studies.

?It is a fantastic opportunity for a Bermudian to study at this nationally rated institution and enhance their insurance career opportunities.?
