A.M. Best Company has affirmed American Safety Insurance Group, Ltd.'s "A" (Excellent) rating with a "stable" outlook for all of its insurance operating companies.

A.M. Best Company has affirmed the "A" (Excellent) rating for the American Safety Insurance Group of companies, consisting of American Safety Casualty Insurance Company, American Safety Indemnity Company, American Safety Reinsurance, Ltd., American Safety Insurance Group, Ltd., and American Safety's non-subsidiary affiliate, American Safety Risk Retention Group, Inc. A.M. Best stated that "the rating reflects the consolidated Group's sound capitalisation, favourable overall operating results, and effective management of its insurance and investment programmes".
