Aspen declares dividend

Property and casualty reinsurance company Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. has declared dividends on its ordinary shares, Perpetual PIERS and Perpetual Preference shares.

A quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 will be paid per ordinary share. The dividend is payable on March 3 to the holders of record as of the close of trading on February 21.

The company?s board of directors also declared a cash dividend on its Perpetual Preferred Income Equity Replacement Securities (Perpetual PIERS) of US$0.70 per Perpetual PIER. The dividend is payable on April 1 to the holders of record as of the close of business on March 15.

And a dividend on the 7.401 percent Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preference Shares (Perpetual Preference Shares) of US$0.46 per share is payable on April 1 to the holders of record as of the close of business on March 15.

PartnerRe?s board of directors has declared dividends on its Series C cumulative redeemable preferred shares and Series D cumulative redeemable preferred shares.

The dividends cover the period December 1 last year to February 28. There will be a dividend of $0.42 per share on the company?s 6.75 percent Series C cumulative redeemable preferred shares, and $0.41 per share on the 6.5 percent Series D cumulative redeemable preferred shares. The dividends will be payable on March 1 to shareholders of record on February 19.
