Belco's stock bounced back $2.50 yesterday, pushing up The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange index by almost 13 points.

Belco's stock rose 7.7 percent to $35 after falling by the same amount on Tuesday. The only other stocks to trade were Bermuda Press and Bank of Butterfield, and both closed unchanged respectively at $13 and $34.50.

The index closed up 0.51 percent at 2,538.37 on a volume of 4,016 shares worth $122,252.
