Fulcrum to administer PRP Performa funds

Fulcrum Ltd., a leading offshore fund administrator, has announced it has been appointed as fund administrator to PRP Performa Ltd., the largest independent portfolio manager dedicated to the captive insurance industry.

Fulcrum Ltd. will now administer six of PRP's funds with total assets under management of $300 million.

Over the last six months, Fulcrum worked with PRP Performa and the funds' custodian, Comerica, to develop a seamless technology solution that streamlines and automates the workflow between the investor, fund manager, custodian and fund administrator.

Fulcrum used their technology and hedge fund experience to customise their proprietary technology, Investor Central, to allow the investors, custodian, fund manager and fund administrator to interact online with each other. Investor Central is Fulcrum's proprietary database application which fully automates the share registration and transfer agent functions, management and performance fee calculations and final NAV calculations. An extensive suite of management and investor reports are electronically delivered to the manager and investors via a website, email and fax software.
