Bermuda team holds the top office again!
Coldwell Banker JW Bermuda Realty has been named the ?Number One Office? for the fifth consecutive year by international realtor Coldwell Banker .
The Bermuda office was given the accolade due to its ?standards of excellence?, said senior management of the well-known US-based estate agent.
Bermuda won the category for the Island Affiliate RegionThis region, and beat competition from Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, Bahamas, Turks & Caicos and the US Virgin Islands.
The overall boss of Coldwell Banker, Alex Perriello, ( who is president and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate) presented the award to Arthur Jones of Coldwell Banker JW Bermuda Realty at the company?s International Business Conference held recently in Las Vegas.

Fifteen individuals, including directors, managers, sales and rental representatives travelled to the event from Bermuda to accept awards for their individual and collective performance.
In addition to receiving ?Number One Office?, Coldwell Banker JW Bermuda Realty also won the ?Premier Office Designation? and the ?President?s Award of Honour?, a distinction limited to only 112 firms of the more than 1,500 Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation affiliate companies throughout the world.
Top sales associates awards were received by Jack Kripl for ?Number One Sales Associate in Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income?, Cecilia (Cesa) Edwards for ?Number One Sales Associate in Total Units? and P. Graham Smith for ?Number One Commercial Sales Associate?.
Also Jack Kripl won ?International President?s Premier? (only one percent of the more than 113,800 Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation Sales Associates worldwide qualified for this), the ?International President?s Elite? (top four percent) was awarded to Karen Brine, Fiona Hatfield, and Cecilia (Cesa) Edwards, ?International President?s Circle? (top ten percent) was awarded to Joy Jones, Kim Webb, Reggie, Fleming, Brian Madeiros and Gail Aruda, ?International Diamond Society? (top seventeen percent) was awarded to Jill Brackstone, Angie Gonsalves Lodge, Heather Chilvers, Tab Froud, P. Graham Smith and Vivienne Power and ?International Sterling Society? (top twenty three percent) was awarded to Rochelle Simmons and Loreen Taylor.
The annual event in Las Vegas brought over 10,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates, brokers, managers, and employees together for an intensive program of professional development and recognition of achievement.
Veteran presenter Barbara Walters who is an ABC news correspondent, co-anchor of ?20/20?, and co-host of ABC Daytime?s ?The View?, was the keynote speaker for the high-powered gathering.
The conference entertainment included master of ceremonies Bob Eubanks who is a game show host as well as a successful businessman, comic Richie Minervini, the popular dance band, The Zippers; and the Grammy-Award winning female trio, the Pointer Sisters.
